New metastatic pancreatic cancer: targeted chemo before FOLFIRINOX

This trial tests whether adding Gembrax (a combination that includes gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) before standard FOLFIRINOX works better than FOLFIRINOX alone in people with pancreatic cancer that has already spread. It looks at whether this “step-up first” approach improves results and is still tolerable.
