Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer (adenocarcinoma type) and have not had any treatment for it yet.
  • Your blood tests show normal levels of CA19-9 (a tumor marker), CEA, and CA125.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on imaging (like a CT scan).
  • You are generally in good enough health (ECOG score 0-2) and your organs are working well enough for treatment.
  • You are willing to use birth control if needed, and follow the study procedures.
