Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is advanced (has spread) or metastatic (stage IIIB or IV).
- Your tumor has a specific change called a MET exon 14 mutation, confirmed by a special lab test.
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment for advanced disease, or you have had up to 3 prior treatments.
- You have not taken any MET inhibitor drugs in the past.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and you are in generally good health (ECOG 0 or 1).
