Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer that has worsened after at least two standard treatments.
- Your tumor must have high levels of the NY-ESO-1 protein and you must have the HLA-A2 immune type (a blood test determines this).
- You are able to handle daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts must be within certain ranges for safety.
- You have not had certain cancer treatments within the last few weeks, and no active infections or immune system diseases.
