Lenvatinib, sintilimab, and SIRT for liver cancer

Who can take part

  • You have liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed, confirmed by a biopsy or imaging.
  • You have at least one tumor in the liver that hasn't been treated yet and can be measured.
  • Your tumors can be treated with 1 or 2 sessions of a therapy called SIRT (radioactive beads).
  • Your liver function is fairly good (Child-Pugh score 5-7).
  • You are up and about (ECOG performance 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Certain other conditions are okay, like inactive hepatitis B being treated with antivirals, or if you've completed hepatitis C treatment.
