Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have mantle cell lymphoma that has not been treated before.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan (like a PET/CT).
  • Your organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and heart) must be working well enough.
  • You cannot have a history of HIV, active hepatitis B or C, or other serious illnesses.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control if you are male, for 6 months after treatment.
