Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have newly diagnosed mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) with at least one high-risk feature (e.g., aggressive cell type, high Ki-67, TP53 mutation/deletion, 17p deletion, or high-risk MIPI score).
- Your blood counts and organ function must be within trial limits (e.g., adequate white cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney and liver function).
- You must not have significant heart, liver, or active infection issues, and must not have had other cancers within the past 5 years (except for certain cured skin or cervical cancers).
- If you are able to become pregnant or father a child, you must agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for 30 days after the last dose.
- You must be able to take oral medications and not have conditions that affect absorption.
