Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and willing to sign a consent form.
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed with surgery or cured with radiation.
- Your cancer has a specific EGFR mutation (Ex19del or L858R).
- You are in one of three groups: currently taking Furmonertinib as first treatment, have already tried a third-generation EGFR-TKI and chemotherapy, or have never had any cancer treatment for your advanced NSCLC.
- You are able to do light work or are fully active (ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live more than 3 months.
- You do not have certain other untreated conditions like active brain metastases, severe heart or lung disease, or an allergy to the study drugs.
