  • You are 18 years or older and are scheduled to receive the Hexanium TLIF implant (or already have it, but not before July 2021).
  • You have given permission to use your health data as required by local rules.
  • You do not have an active infection or inflammation at the surgery site.
  • You are not pregnant and do not have severe obesity or a metal allergy.
  • You do not have conditions like severe osteoporosis, tumors, or prior fusion at the treated spine level.
