Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed rotator cuff tear in one or both shoulders.
  • You have not had shoulder surgery on the affected joint before.
  • You do not have severe shoulder arthritis or abnormal shoulder structure.
  • You can have an MRI scan and nerve tests without problems.
  • You have not dislocated your shoulder in the past year.
