Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have had pain in one shoulder for at least 3 months.
  • You are right-handed.
  • You have been diagnosed with a rotator cuff problem (a group of muscles and tendons in the shoulder).
  • You have not had shoulder surgery or physical therapy for your shoulder in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have other conditions that affect your muscles, nerves, or balance.
