  • You have had an ultrasound scan during this pregnancy.
  • Your ultrasound images include clear pictures of the baby's midline, nuchal translucency (fluid at the back of the neck), and the choroid plexus (a part of the brain).
  • You have provided your complete personal and medical information when the ultrasound was done.
