Zanubrutinib with R-CHOP for newly diagnosed p53-positive DLBCL

Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new combination: zanubrutinib (a targeted pill) plus standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) for people newly diagnosed with DLBCL whose cancer cells have high p53 protein levels. The goal is to see if adding this drug helps shrink tumors better than chemotherapy alone.
