Who can take part
- Age 18 to 75 years old
- Newly diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and have not had treatment yet
- Your lymphoma cells show a high amount of p53 protein (at least half of the cells)
- You have at least one tumor or lymph node that can be measured on a scan
- Your blood counts and liver, kidney, and heart function are within certain limits (your doctor will check this)
- No active infections (like hepatitis B or C) or other serious medical conditions
