Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
- You must have a tumor that can be measured on a scan or exam.
- You must have at least one of the following risk factors: an IPI score of 2 or higher, a certain subtype (like ABC, double-expressor, double-hit, or others), involvement in 2 or more areas outside the lymph nodes, or lymphoma in a special site (like the brain, breast, testicle, or bone marrow).
- You should be able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0–3) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function must meet minimum levels (e.g., white blood cell count ≥ 3, platelets ≥ 50, creatinine within limits).
- You cannot have received any prior lymphoma treatment (except short-term steroids) and must not have other active cancers or uncontrolled infections.
