  • You are between 18 and 74 years old
  • You had a diagnosis of breast, lung, melanoma, testicle, bladder, kidney, ovary, colon, pancreas, or blood cancer
  • You have completed your post-cancer evaluation day
  • You do not have active cancer or a new cancer
  • You can understand and follow instructions in French
  • You have not had both legs amputated
