Who can take part

  • You have advanced lung cancer (non-small cell) that has spread or come back, with a specific ALK gene change (ALK fusion).
  • You have not taken lorlatinib or ramucirumab before.
  • Your cancer is measurable (can be seen on scans) and you have not had radiation to the spot being measured.
  • You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (Karnofsky score of 70% or higher).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within certain limits, and you have no major bleeding or clotting problems.
