Who can take part
- You have advanced (stage IV) or returning non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
- Your tumor has an ALK gene change (ALK-positive), shown by a special lab test.
- You have not been on an ALK-targeting pill before, OR you are just starting lorlatinib, OR you have been on alectinib, brigatinib, or ensartinib for less than 4 weeks.
- Your doctor believes you can get local treatment (radiation or surgery) for some tumor spots.
- You are in fairly good health (able to do daily activities without too much help).
