Who can take part
- You have stage 4 ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer.
- Your cancer has gotten worse in areas outside the brain while you were taking lorlatinib.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are in good enough health to be active and out of bed (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have tumors that can be measured on scans, and cancer in the brain is either absent or stable.
- Your kidney, bone marrow, and liver function are adequate.
