Who can take part

  • You have stage 4 ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse in areas outside the brain while you were taking lorlatinib.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are in good enough health to be active and out of bed (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have tumors that can be measured on scans, and cancer in the brain is either absent or stable.
  • Your kidney, bone marrow, and liver function are adequate.
