Who can take part

  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and has the BRAF V600E gene change.
  • You have already tried at least one prior treatment for your metastatic cancer and it didn't work or stopped working.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old and in fairly good health (able to do light activity).
  • You haven't taken any BRAF or MEK inhibitor drugs before.
  • You don't have serious heart, liver, kidney, bleeding, or stomach problems that would prevent you from taking the study pills.
