Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have metastatic colorectal cancer with a specific genetic mutation called BRAF V600E.
  • Your tumor must be microsatellite stable (MSS), meaning it does not have another specific genetic feature.
  • You must have had 1 or 2 prior treatments for metastatic cancer that have stopped working.
  • You must be in generally good health, with a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out daily activities).
  • Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood cell counts must be within certain acceptable ranges.
