Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (cancer that has spread to other parts of the body).
- You have had standard chemotherapy before (like anthracycline, cyclophosphamide, or taxane), unless you couldn't have anthracycline due to a heart issue.
- You have not had more than 4 different chemotherapy treatments for metastatic cancer.
- You are generally healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0-1).
- You are willing and able to have a small biopsy of your cancer (from the breast, chest wall, lungs, or liver, or a skin biopsy if needed).
