Who can take part
- You have metastatic or locally advanced triple negative breast cancer that has been treated with at least 2 prior therapies.
- Your tumor has a specific change in the TP53 gene, which will be checked by a special test.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are in reasonably good health with adequate blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function.
- You are able to swallow pills and agree to use effective birth control if needed.
