Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older and can sign a consent form in person.
- Your cancer is a confirmed solid tumor that has spread or can’t be removed, and standard therapy has either failed, not worked for you, isn’t tolerated, or doesn’t exist.
- You must be expected to live at least 3 months after starting the study drug.
- If you can become pregnant, you need a negative pregnancy test before joining.
- You must not have an active, uncontrolled infection that needs treatment with antibiotics/antivirals/antifungals taken by mouth or through a vein.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must be able to follow the study plan.
- You must test negative for HIV.
- You must not have hepatitis B surface antigen positive, and you must not have hepatitis C with detectable virus (HCV RNA).
