Who can take part

  • Weigh at least 55 pounds (25 kg)
  • Be 12 years old or older
  • Have severe backward leakage of blood through your pulmonary valve (without significant narrowing)
  • Be willing to come back for all follow-up visits after the procedure
  • Not have an active heart infection, blood clotting disorder, or other major condition making the procedure risky
