Who can take part

  • You must have a high-grade (grade III or IV) brain tumor that has gotten worse despite treatment with bevacizumab (Avastin).
  • You have had radiation and temozolomide chemotherapy in the past.
  • You are 19 years or older and have recovered from any side effects of previous treatments.
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function must be within a safe range.
  • You cannot be pregnant or nursing, and must use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
