  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a glioma (brain tumor) that has come back or worsened after your first treatment.
  • You have not been treated with irinotecan or irinotecan liposomes before.
  • You have at least one brain tumor that can be seen on scans and measured.
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do most daily activities) and have good blood, liver, and kidney function.
  • You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
