Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your diagnosis is a confirmed recurrent brain tumor such as glioblastoma, anaplastic astrocytoma, or anaplastic mixed oligoastrocytoma (confirmed by pathology/biopsy).
- You have at least one tumor spot that can be confirmed—ideally proven by biopsy.
- You are well enough to participate: Karnofsky 70% or ECOG 0–2 (meaning you’re able to do most daily activities).
- If you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during treatment and for 3 months after.
- You have NOT had more than 2 prior treatment cycles of bevacizumab at 10 mg/kg (about two IV infusions).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have other serious medical or mental health problems that would make treatment or follow-up unsafe or hard to complete.
