Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have recurrent glioblastoma (or a close variant like gliosarcoma) confirmed by scans and/or pathology from a biopsy/re-surgery.
- Your tumor that has come back measures 6 cm or less across its largest linear length on T1 contrast MRI.
- You previously had standard brain radiation for a glioma (about 1.8–2 Gy per treatment, total up to 63 Gy).
- Your previous radiation must be finished at least 4–6 months ago (the exact timing depends on whether the new tumor is mostly outside or inside the prior high-dose area).
- You must be able to have MRI scans, provide written consent, and have acceptable blood counts and organ function (blood, liver, and kidney tests within set time windows).
