Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease (at least one artery in your heart is 50% or more blocked).
  • For Task 2 of the study, you have also had a stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA or mini-stroke) confirmed by a neurologist.
  • You are willing to undergo an imaging procedure that combines two types of cameras (OCT and IVUS) to look inside your arteries.
  • You do not have severe kidney problems, active bleeding, or other conditions that would make the procedure unsafe.
