Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have a personal history of blood cancer or a current blood cancer
- You have a DNA test showing a DDX41 gene change in your tumor (with a specific frequency) OR you already know you carry a DDX41 gene change from genetic counseling
- You agree to share your genetic test results and allow researchers to contact your family members by mail
- You have health insurance in France and can give informed consent
- If you are a family member, you must be related to an enrolled patient and agree to a saliva test for the DDX41 change
