Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to standard treatments.
  • Your leukemia must have a specific genetic change: an NPM1 mutation, or a KMT2A or NUP98 rearrangement.
  • You cannot have a very high white blood cell count that cannot be controlled.
  • Your AML must not be only outside the bone marrow (extramedullary only).
  • You must not have active hepatitis, HIV, or other cancer requiring treatment, and you must not have significant heart or liver/kidney problems.
