- You have bipolar I or II disorder and are currently experiencing depression.
- You scored high on a depression questionnaire (PHQ-9).
- You are able to read, write, and speak Icelandic well enough to participate in therapy and assessments without a translator.
- You are not currently in another talk therapy for depression or bipolar disorder.
- You do not have a learning disability, substance dependence, or other major mental health issue that would make therapy difficult.
