Who can take part

  • You had surgery alone for early-stage lung cancer, or you had chemo and radiation followed by durvalumab for stage III lung cancer.
  • Your treatment happened between September 2018 and December 2021.
  • You have not had another cancer before this one.
  • You did not get chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy before your main treatment.
