Who can take part

  • You have chronic low back pain that has lasted for at least 3 months.
  • You do not have a current cancer diagnosis.
  • You do not have a severe psychiatric condition (like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder).
  • You are not involved in a lawsuit related to an injury or receiving workers' compensation.
  • You are able to understand and speak English.
