Who can take part
- You are scheduled to have a first-time reverse shoulder replacement for osteoarthritis, a large rotator cuff tear, a failed rotator cuff repair, or arthritis after shoulder instability.
- You can read and write Norwegian.
- You do not have severe osteoporosis (very weak bones).
- You do not have osteonecrosis of the humeral head (dead bone in the upper arm).
- You do not have dementia, poor deltoid muscle function, or need revision surgery.
- You are not ASA class IV, have no suspected chronic infection, and this is not for an acute fracture.
