Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • You are scheduled for your first reverse total shoulder replacement due to arthritis or a torn rotator cuff.
  • You can read and speak English.
  • You can attend a monthly therapy session and do exercises at home for 6 weeks before surgery.
  • You are willing to be monitored for at least 2 years after surgery.
