Long-term home EEG monitoring for people with seizures

This study is testing a wearable EEG device that you can use at home for up to 30 days. It records brain activity to help doctors better understand your seizures. The goal is to see if this longer monitoring can capture more seizure events than standard short-term EEG tests.

Who can take part

  • You must have a history of seizures (they can be epileptic, non-epileptic, or unknown type).
  • You should have at least one seizure every two weeks.
  • Your doctor has already ordered an ambulatory EEG as part of your regular care.
  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must be willing to wear the EEG device for at least 20 hours a day, for up to 30 days.
  • You cannot be allergic to medical acrylics, silicones, or hydrogels.
