Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that is not squamous (not a certain cell type).
- Your cancer must have grown after you received first-line treatment with an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 drug (like Keytruda or Tecentriq) together with platinum-based chemotherapy.
- You must not have had prior treatment with a taxane drug (like paclitaxel or docetaxel) or a VEGF-targeted drug (like Avastin or Lenvima).
- You must have good organ and bone marrow function, as determined by blood tests.
- You must have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (meaning you are fully active or able to do all normal activities with some effort).
