Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have advanced or metastatic lung cancer (non-small cell or small cell) that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (no major limitations in daily activities).
  • You must have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • You cannot have had certain prior treatments (like B7-H3 targeted therapy or certain antibody-drug conjugates) unless you are in a later-line treatment group.
