- You are 60 years or older.
- You have trouble sleeping and your sleep problem scores below a certain level.
- You feel your memory or thinking isn't as good as it used to be.
- You live in Quebec or Ontario.
- You can use a smartphone or tablet and have internet at home.
- If you take sleep or mood medication, you've been on the same dose for at least 2 months.
