This trial tests a sleep program for older adults with insomnia. It aims to improve deep sleep using a digital tool called SleepSpace, and may help if you have trouble falling or staying asleep.

Who can take part
- Age 65 or older (possibly 60+ or 55+ if recruitment is slow)
- Have trouble sleeping at least 3 nights a week for 3 months, causing daytime problems like fatigue or poor focus
- Score at least 15 on the Insomnia Severity Index (or at least 11 if recruitment is slow)
- Live in a place with reliable WiFi and have normal hearing (with or without a hearing aid)
- No recent or current treatment for insomnia like CBT-I, and no serious mental health conditions like psychosis or bipolar disorder
- Not currently using illicit drugs (marijuana is okay) and not planning major surgery during the study
