Who can take part

  • You must have active multiple myeloma with a specific genetic marker (t(11;14)).
  • If you've had prior treatment, it must not have included venetoclax.
  • If you're newly diagnosed, you can only have had up to one cycle of standard treatment and you should not be planning a stem cell transplant.
  • You need adequate kidney function (creatinine clearance at least 30 mL/min), blood cell counts, and liver function.
  • You must have measurable disease, which can be checked through blood or urine tests.
  • You must agree to strict birth control measures if applicable, and follow the Revlimid safety program.
