Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your body strength score (ECOG) must be 0, 1, or 2.
  • You must have myeloma that has progressed after at least one prior treatment line.
  • Your lab tests must confirm the t(11;14) myeloma subtype.
  • You must have blood counts and organ function within set safety limits (kidneys, liver, and bone-marrow blood cells).
  • You must not have had venetoclax before, and no other myeloma treatment within 14 days (with a limited corticosteroid exception).
