Who can take part
- You must be 16 years or older with a confirmed diagnosis of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
- You need to have tried a standard anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy and either had a partial response, stable disease, or relapsed within 9 months (for some groups).
- You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
- Your blood tests must be within certain limits (like red and white blood cells, platelets).
- You cannot have serious ongoing side effects from previous treatments or active infections.
- You must be willing to follow contraception rules if you or your partner can have children.
