Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a type of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, or mantle cell lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to standard treatments.
- Your lymphoma cells have a protein called CD19 on their surface.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (larger than 1.5 cm in a lymph node or 1 cm elsewhere).
- You have tried enough prior treatments, including anti-CD20 antibody and chemotherapy (and for mantle cell lymphoma, a BTK inhibitor).
- Your major organs (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) are working well enough, and you have adequate blood cell counts.
- You are willing to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
