- You have used an insulin pump or closed-loop system for at least 6 months
- You are experiencing moderate to high distress about your diabetes (scoring 6 or higher on a short distress scale)
- You can read and answer questionnaires in French
- You have a valid email address and a cell phone
- You are not currently in another study testing a diabetes device
