Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You have type 1 diabetes
  • You have used an insulin pump or closed-loop system for at least 6 months
  • You are experiencing moderate to high distress about your diabetes (scoring 6 or higher on a short distress scale)
  • You can read and answer questionnaires in French
  • You have a valid email address and a cell phone
  • You are not currently in another study testing a diabetes device
