Who can take part

  • You have had type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months.
  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You feel a moderate to high level of diabetes distress (based on a standard questionnaire).
  • You are treated at a diabetes clinic in the Region of Southern Denmark.
  • You can speak and understand Danish well.
