Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have Group 1 Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (a specific type of high blood pressure in the lungs).
- You are in New York Heart Association class II, III, or IV (meaning you have some symptoms but can still walk).
- You have had a right heart catheterization in the last 5 years that showed certain pressures in your heart and lungs.
- You can walk at least 50 meters, with or without a walking aid.
- You have not taken ACE inhibitors, ARBs (like valsartan), or ARNIs in the last 30 days.
