Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had a stroke that affected one arm (confirmed by MRI or CT scan).
  • Your stroke happened between 2 weeks and 6 months ago.
  • Your arm weakness is at least moderate (more than 2 on a standard strength scale).
  • You do not have other nerve or bone problems that would limit arm exercises.
  • You are not pregnant and do not have epilepsy or severe memory/language problems.
