Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and weigh more than 66 pounds (30 kg).
- Your breast cancer is stage II or III, hormone receptor positive (ER or PR positive), and HER2 negative.
- Your cancer must have a high-risk MammaPrint test result, called MP2, from a biopsy of the original tumor.
- You haven't had any prior treatment for this breast cancer (like chemo, immunotherapy, or hormone therapy).
- You are generally well enough to be up and about at least half the day (performance status 0-2).
- You don't have certain autoimmune diseases or lung inflammation that needed steroids, and you haven't had a live vaccine in the last 28 days.
